1. Do things that'll make her angry : You can cut her hair or her nails or tear apart her favorite dress. Just make her angry. During anger our mind releases a hormone which helps to burn fat.

2. Make Her Run : She on a fine morning or after work won't run but if you do something and then run then she definitely will run after you. Suppose you take her nail polish while she's using it and run, or you might take her phone and run with it threatening her of something.

3. Cut The Power Of The House While you are Out : Heat Helps to burn fat.

4. Just a Kiss Helps to burn calories more than we do during run. You can go wilder to burn more.

5. Don't let her use prime services like ola, uber, swiggy, zomato even big basket. So that she has to go out for shopping using public transport or by walking. Which is a great way to burn fat.

6. Make her lift the heavy things in the house, not to say it's similar like weight lifting and which will......... you know better than me.
